Responsibilities The Western District of Missouri is currently accepting applications for two Assistant United States Attorneys to be assigned to the Criminal Division in the Springfield Office. Criminal AUSAs in the Western District of Missouri accomplish these noble objectives by prosecuting all manners of federal crimes, including terrorism, public corruption, child exploitation, firearms, violent crime, drug trafficking, and immigration offenses. Additional Information Salary Information: Assistant United States Attorney's pay is administratively determined based, in part, on the number of years of professional attorney experience. The range of basic pay is $78,000 to $183,016 which includes locality pay.
