Our client, a leading organization in the Milwaukee area, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join their team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of the support structure, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication across departments. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to professionalism, which will align successfully within the organization.

What's the Job?

Provide high-level administrative support to an assigned executive, managing schedules and correspondence.

Coordinate and organize meetings, including logistics and participant arrangements.

Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and data compilation for various projects.

Manage expense reports and ensure timely processing of financial documentation.

Support the organization of internal and external events, meetings, and committee sessions.

What's Needed?

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.

Ability to work independently while supporting team and executive priorities.
