Position Overview: Join The Arc Ontario as a Marketing Coordinator and play a key role in telling meaningful stories that make a difference in your community. In this dynamic position, you'll collaborate with a passionate Development and Communications team to create engaging social media content, design eye-catching marketing materials, and support impactful campaigns and events that promote inclusion and enhance the lives of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Responsibilities

Coordinate day-to-day posting across The Arc Ontario's social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others as assigned.

Design flyers, promotional materials, website graphics, and other print and digital collateral for agency programs, services, and social enterprises.

Assist with the marketing and logistics of agency fundraising and community events as needed.

Support content gathering efforts by connecting with program staff and social enterprise teams. Includes capturing photos and videos, as needed.

Requirements

Associate's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Experience in basic graphic design, ability to use Canva or working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and/or Illustrator) preferred.

Active familiarity with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing polish, professional work.

Good written communication skills and the ability to write in a consistent brand voice.

Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-pace environment.
