Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is currently hiring a Travel Registered Nurse (RN) - Hospice in Port Angeles, WA.

This is an on-site, full-time contract position with daily travel to patient homes across Clallam and Jefferson counties. Apply with a current resume for consideration.

Assignment Details:

Location: Port Angeles, WA 98362

Contract Duration: 04/27/2026 - 07/31/2026 (possibility of extension)

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Weekly Guarantee: 32 hours

Pay : $54 to $56

Coverage Areas:

Clallam County, WA

Jefferson County, WA

Primary Responsibilities:

· Provide skilled nursing care to hospice patients in the home setting in accordance with physician orders and hospice regulations

· Manage a caseload as a Hospice RN Case Manager, ensuring individualized, patient-centered care

· Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ongoing evaluations

· Develop, implement, and update care plans based on patient needs and disease progression

· Coordinate care with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and caregivers to ensure continuity of care

· Provide education to patients and families regarding disease progression, medications, and end-of-life care

· Deliver compassionate end-of-life care focused on comfort and quality of life

· Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation

· Monitor patient condition and respond to changes appropriately

· Travel daily to patient homes within assigned coverage areas

· Participate in occasional on-call or weekend coverage as needed

Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Washington required

Minimum experience as a Hospice RN Case Manager required

Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and care coordination skills

Ability to manage a caseload independently in a home health/hospice setting

Pay Details: $54.00 to $56.00 per hour
