Red Rocks Amphitheatre is a rock structure near Morrison, Colorado, where concerts are given in the open-air Amphitheatre. The IT Administrative Support Worker will report to the IT Manager and is responsible for assisting management with IT administrative tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, technical support, software configurations, and hardware installations. The IT Administrative Support Worker will be required to work well with customers, visitors, and employees in a professional and cheerful manner.

The ideal candidate manages and works well with stressful situations. Essential functions and responsibilities of the position may vary by Aramark location based on client requirements and business needs.

This position is considered an Hourly/Seasonal/Part-Time Employee

Compensation Data

COMPENSATION: The Hourly rate for this position is $23.43 to $23.43. If both numbers are the same, that is the amount that Aramark expects to offer. This is Aramark?s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation for this position as of the time of posting.

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for deployment and tear down of POS terminals

Provides support to all point-of-sale system problems and escalate when necessary.

Provides internal support of the Company?s PCs, printers, and related equipment.

Assists in maintenance and upgrade of PC and POS equipment.

Initiates and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.

Conduct stadium walk-through to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events.

Replacement of defective hardware before, during and after events

Diagnoses of software, firmware & hardware errors, and breakage

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all standards and practices.

Occasionally assisting at other venues in the district on non-event days and during the off season

Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required.

Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age (required)

Experience with Skytab Venue or Toast highly preferred

Highschool Diploma or GED

Experience troubleshooting hardware/software issues

Basic understanding of networking (Static vs. DHCP, Star Topology, TCP/IP)

Ability to walk, stand, and crawl frequently

Strong ability to explain and translate technical subjects with non-technical users
