Summary You will serve as a INDIVIDUAL MATERIAL READINESS LIST (IMRL) ASSISTANT in the Maintenance/Material Control Division of FLEET READINESS CENTER NORTHWEST. Responsibilities You will provide administrative services in the review and control of correspondence, preparation and coordination of administrative policies and procedures. You will maintain asset accountability through the use of the Local Asset Management System. You will maintain electronic records and correspondence in support effecting support equipment acceptance and transfers. You will coordinate work efforts in maintaining receipts, IMRL replacement asset, shipping documents, storage and warehouse operations, and inventory assets. You will retrieve data, track, update, and maintain equipment records. You will arrange for disposition of obsolete and unneeded equipment and perform weekly validation. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing administrative support by creating, reviewing, editing correspondence and reports, maintaining local asset management system (LAMS) and assisting in the physical inventory of assets to ensure work is accomplished in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
