Our Healthcare client is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join their team for the next 11 months, 40 hours/week. This role is fully onsite 5 days a week in Abbott Park, IL.

Role Summary\ This role serves as a critical support function for the Central Pediatrics Marketing team, with primary ownership of the Central Marketing Budget. The position is accountable for maintaining budget accuracy, managing updates and forecasts, and delivering clear, timely financial reporting. In addition to budget ownership, this role provides hands on execution support for Similac marketing initiatives, ensuring strong financial controls while enabling effective marketing delivery.

Advanced proficiency in Excel, including management of multiple tabs and complex data sets\ Strong PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear, professional presentations for reporting and decision making\ Exceptional organization and attention to detail with reliable follow through\ Proactive problem solving skills with the ability to anticipate and mitigate budget risks\ Ability to balance flexibility and solution orientation with strict adherence to financial processes and controls

Responsibilities

Own the end to end Central Marketing Budget for pediatrics\ Maintain budget accuracy through tracking, updates, adjustments, forecasting, and reconciliation\ Create and deliver regular budget reports to leadership and cross functional partners\ Identify, communicate, and proactively manage spend risks to avoid over or under spend\ Meet bi weekly with brand leads to review budget status and required adjustments\ Present budget updates, risks, and approvals needed to the broader team twice per month\ Support Similac marketing initiatives, including artwork coordination with agencies, newsletter video development support, and approval workflow management\ Manage and review statements of work, contracts, internal budget transfers, supplier service approvals, and invoicing\ Partner closely with marketing, finance, agencies, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to drive alignment and execution

This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment. Additionally, drug products may be present in the workplace.
