As a manager, creative operations for In-Store Signage , you will...
Partner with marketing and fulfillment to lead the creative production of seasonal promotions for in-store signage and other creative projects
Ensure creative requirements, audience data, and creative direction are clearly communicated to operations teams, acting as liaison for multiple functional areas.
Responsible for execution of multiple project deliverables, timelines and identifying risk. Oversee all aspects of approvals and production schedules.
We'd love to hear from people with:
Experience in creative project management, leading highly complex creative projects & programs with many cross-functional partners, 5-8 years
Project leadership, with the ability to proactively troubleshoots issues, manages risk, and resolves complex challenges to ensure accurate and on-time delivery of creative initiatives, 5-8 years
Has a deep level of knowledge about various aspects of traditional production; including but not limited to: print, signage, packaging, web, and digital, 2-3 years
Experience leveraging multiple inputs from cross-functional partners along with store-level data and attributes to ensure creative assets are accurately produced and delivered to the correct stores, 2-3 years
BA/BS with concentration in business, marketing, technology or similar field required
Compelling presentation skills, persuasive and succinct oral, written, and email skills
Strong problem solving and analytical skills and an ability to think outside the box to achieve results
Able to execute best-in-class vendor management processes independently; understand digital production & operations vendors and their capabilities.
Ability & willingness to adapt new technologies & concepts quickly; interest in technology & digital innovation to solve complex customer and marketer problems.

*If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
