Bring your talent and leadership to Raytheon's Circuit Card Manufacturing factory. We have a high visibility opportunity for a 1st shift Production Supervisor in the Sensors High Mix value stream.? This role will have overall responsibility for a manufacturing operations team consisting of 15-20 assembly, inspection, and test employees. This individual will lead a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to ensure products meet contractual quality, cost, and delivery requirements by planning, organizing, and directing the flow of production. You will be responsible for a safe work environment and will actively lead and engage in safety improvement projects. You will engage in daily interaction with a cross-functional team to meet organizational goals and objectives. In this role, you will support deployment of manufacturing operations strategy, control systems, tools and metrics to accurately measure progress, identify root causes of failure modes, production capacity, quality and staffing issues and develop/implement corrective action plans.
This role requires daily interaction with manufacturing engineering, maintenance, production control, finance, and the program management office. Achieving/exceeding cost, quality, delivery, safety goals and identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities using six sigma and lean methodologies are critical performance criteria for this position.

Time and attendance tracking.
Area layout and flow management.
Ensure full compliance of company policies and procedures.
Capital identification and control of overhead expenses.
Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
Supervisory, Leadership and/or manufacturing experience is required.
Qualifications We Prefer
Manufacturing experience in the aerospace/defense industry.
Experience with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma or other similar process improvement methodologies.
Previous experience supervising bargaining unit employees.
Experience working with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Access).

The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
