What You Need

1-2 years of janitorial experience in a warehouse environment

Forklift experience preferred (sit-down), but not required

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift

Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness

Reliable attendance and punctuality

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What You'll Do Every Day

Maintain the cleanliness of warehouse floors, aisles, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas

Sweep, mop, scrub, and remove debris throughout the facility

Dispose of trash and recycling in accordance with company procedures

Clean spills promptly to ensure a safe work environment

Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums

Assist with organizing pallets, materials, and general warehouse housekeeping

Utilize a sit-down forklift to move materials and support cleaning efforts (if trained)

Follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures
