SUPPLY CHAIN ASSISTANT | INTERVIEWS HAPPENING THIS WEEK!!

Job Type: Supply Chain Assistant

Location: Edison, NJ

Pay: $23-24/hr+

A growing manufacturing organization is seeking a supply chain assistant to support their team. Under the direction of the manager, you will be responsible for performing administrative and analytical tasks in support of growth and continued success of the business. In this position, you will regularly interact with wholesalers and store Members and Managers who are part of the Cooperative.

What you'll do:

Enter all orders into the internal system with accuracy.

Ability to act as a liaison between liquor store and customer service to insure timely and accurate deliveries.

Aptitude for financial reporting including but not limited to tracking of sales volume percentages.

Ability to communicate across divisions to insure accounting matters are handled timely and accurately.

Regular attendance at Committee meetings to support divisional staff.

What you'll bring:

1+ years of supply chain experience.

Bachelor's degree in related field.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with vendors.

Highly detail-oriented, accurate, and able to handle confidential information.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to perform inventory audits and forecast stock needs proactively

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Edison, NJ.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
