We are searching for the best talent for an Operations Lead V2V Supply Chain to join our team in Raritan, NJ.
The Vein-to-Vein (V2V) team sits at the center of the Autologous Cell Therapy supply chain! We support clinical and commercial operations from patient enrollment through treatment delivery. Our work connects patient orders to manufacturing execution and delivery, ensuring accurate order management and oversight of Chain of Identity (COI) and Chain of Custody (COC).
As an Operations Lead, you will help keep day-to-day Vein-to-Vein execution visible, connected, and moving forward! This role partners closely with functional managers by staying close to frontline operations, monitoring system and process signals, and helping teams address issues before they impact patients. The role works cross-functionally across manufacturing, cryopreservation, warehouse, quality, finance, and production teams, and supports site and enterprise projects focused on scale, systems, and operational stability.
Key Responsibilities
Provide leadership with insight of daily Vein-to-Vein execution, surfacing risks, delays, or patterns that require attention.
Coordinate system- and process-related issue management, connecting inputs from frontline teams, systems, and cross-functional partners to support timely problem identification and resolution.
Provide execution-focused decision support, helping managers frame issues, assess options, and align team members during time-sensitive operational challenges.
Support Vein-to-Vein system and integration oversight, enabling effective interpretation of ERP, manufacturing execution, logistics, and partner data across operational handoffs.
Maintain awareness of Chain of Identity and Chain of Custody execution, flagging breakdowns or trends that may impact patient timelines or operational flow.
Communicate operational health clearly and concisely, summarizing risks, capacity constraints, and delays to support informed decisions.
Lead continuous improvement efforts using frontline insight to be a change agent for process, system, and workflow changes.
Act as a cross-functional connector, supporting clear ownership and smooth handoffs across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, IT, Logistics, and Customer Operations.
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent University degree is required, focus degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar field preferred.
Experience and Skills
Required
Minimum six (6) years of relevant work experience
ERP system experience (SAP or similar)
Experience in logistics or transportation
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and shifting priorities
Strong problem-solving skills using operational and system data
Strong interpersonal skills and shown ability to work across interpersonal boundaries through influence and partnership
Ability to develop, mentor and lead in an ambiguous environment to enable the execution and realization of departmental and company goals.
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience in cell therapy, biologics, or personalized medicine supply chains
Familiarity with Chain of Identity and Chain of Custody
Planning, scheduling, or customer-facing experience
Experience supporting launch or scale-up operations
Other
Up to 10% domestic travel
Ability to support patients outside standard business hours as needed

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$94,000.00 - $151,800.00
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company's consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
Subject to the terms of their respective policies and date of hire, employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:
Vacation -120 hours per calendar year
