Sales Counter Representative

Our client, a dynamic retail organization, is seeking a Sales Counter Representative to join their team. As a Welding Sales Specialist, you will be part of the customer service team supporting a vibrant retail environment. The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Welding Sales Specialist

Location: Salinas, CA

Pay Range: $20 per hour

Shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Tuesday to Saturday)

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers with product questions and purchases.

Recommend welding tools and supplies based on customer needs.

Process transactions accurately using the POS system.

Maintain inventory and restock shelves as needed.

Keep the sales area clean, organized, and well-labeled.

Lift up to 50 lbs and perform basic physical tasks.

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in customer service.

Welding Knowledge- Experience

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
