Job Title: 3D Project Lead - Digital Platform and 3D Environment Delivery
Job Description
The Lead serves as the Digital Platform Lead for an immersive category across all channels. This role owns the execution and continuous improvement of the digital platforms and 3D environment delivery pipeline, ensuring that all experiences are reliable, scalable, and purpose-built for impactful retailer storytelling and collaboration. Acting as the connective link between platforms, build teams, and cross-functional partners, the Lead combines platform ownership with disciplined project delivery and strong operational leadership.
Responsibilities
Own the end-to-end 3D environment delivery pipeline, from initial planning through final deployment.
Manage build schedules, capacity, dependencies, and handoffs with resources to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.
Ensure all 3D environments align with retailer visit objectives, platform standards, and defined quality expectations.
Maintain a working knowledge of 3D tools, objects, and environment structures to effectively guide and evaluate builds.
Review 3D deliverables for quality, feasibility, and readiness for the digital platforms.
Provide clear guidance, feedback, and direction to 3D build teams to optimize output and consistency.
Serve as the day-to-day owner of immersive digital platforms such as Treedis and related systems supporting
Build out and confirm that platform capabilities align with retailer visit objectives and collaboration needs.
Own platform governance, including standards, access management, documentation, and lifecycle oversight.
Continuously evaluate and improve existing platforms to increase efficiency, scalability, and overall experience quality.
Partner with external vendors to manage enhancements, fixes, and roadmap alignment for digital platforms.
Evolve processes, documentation, and standards to drive greater efficiency and scalability across the Vault ecosystem.
Identify, test, and apply AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance immersive platforms across planning, visit, and post-visit workflows.
Explore and recommend new technology platforms that address evolving business, collaboration, and experience needs.
Lead the integration of new technologies into the existing Vault technology ecosystem, ensuring seamless interoperability.
Translate emerging capabilities into practical, business-ready use cases that support retailer storytelling and collaboration.
Translate business and experience needs into clear, actionable technical requirements for build teams and vendors.
Lead and influence indirect teams, including GBS resources and external vendors, to deliver against platform and environment goals.
Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders to align expectations and drive successful outcomes.
Maintain strong organizational discipline, tracking multiple workstreams, timelines, and dependencies to ensure on-time delivery.
Essential Skills
Bachelor's degree in technology, design, business, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in digital platform management, project or program management, or technology delivery roles.
Experience with immersive platforms, 3D environments, or visualization tools.
3D and technical knowledge with the ability to review and guide 3D build projects.
Familiarity with 3D concepts, assets, and workflows.
Strong platform ownership mindset with the ability to balance strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
Proven experience managing complex, multi-workstream projects with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to translate business and experience needs into clear technical requirements and use cases.
Comfort leading and influencing indirect teams, including GBS teams and external vendors.
Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and delivery discipline.
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-starter who thrives in environments with evolving tools, technologies, and requirements.
Expert proficiency in Microsoft Office and M365 tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Teams.
Expert skill in digital platform ownership, including governance, access management, documentation, and lifecycle management.
Expert-level project and program management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams, timelines, and dependencies.
Functional knowledge of immersive platforms and 3D environments, with the ability to review and guide quality.
Functional experience with digital asset management systems, including organization and metadata practices.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in technology, design, or business that supports both creative and technical problem solving.
Experience working within or alongside customer collaboration centers or innovation hubs.
Familiarity with AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies used to enhance digital and immersive experiences.
Experience partnering with vendors on platform enhancements, issue resolution, and long-term roadmap planning.
Ability to document standards, processes, and best practices to support scaling and knowledge sharing across teams.
Work Environment
This role is based in an in-office environment five days a week, working within a showcases digital platforms and 3D environments. The Lead works closely with cross-functional teams, GBS resources, and external vendors, using tools such as Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, Teams) and various immersive and 3D technologies. The environment is fast-paced and innovation-focused, with evolving tools and requirements that encourage continuous improvement and experimentation with new technologies.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Louis, MO.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $38.00/hr.
