The mission of Pinecrest Supports and Services Center is to support people with intellectual and developmental disabilities to reach treatment goals and to return to more integrated community living settings. Pinecrest Supports and Services Center specializes in the treatment of people with comorbid intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex medical, behavioral, and psychiatric support needs.
Pinecrest Supports & Services Center (PSSC) is seeking a dedicatedAdministrative Coordinator 1 - 2 to join our dynamic team. We are seeking out an individiual that can be responsible for maintaining records for individuals supported at PSSC, including inactive records.

Job Duties and Other Information
Job Duties:
Responsible for filing, purging, merging, and maintaining records for individuals supported at PSSC, including inactive records.
Ensure documents are filed in chronological order and in the proper section of the record as per the index and guidelines.
Ensures signatures, dates, and times on all entries and documents are signed and dated appropriately.
Maintain a disclosure log by documenting the release of information from record to staff within the facility.
Audit individual records for work product quality and compliance with the facility's policy and procedures and legal requirements (Title XIX, Standards and Payments, etc.), content, completeness, and accuracy.
Prepare discharge packet for external agencies receiving discharged individuals.

Appointment Type: This position may be filled by Probation, Promotion, Demotion, Lateral Transfer, or Detail to Special Duty.
Schedule: Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Pass Days: Saturday and Sunday
Compensation: This position may receive shift differential, longevity pay, and Premium Pay.
