Description

Robert Half is partnering with a private equity/investment firm focused on the hospitality industry (hotels and resorts) to hire an Executive Assistant with marketing support responsibilities. Candidates must have prior experience in the hospitality industry. This is a dynamic role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing executive support with hands-on involvement in marketing initiatives.

RResponsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring a professional and well-organized work environment

Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships

Coordinate facilities needs and serve as the primary point of contact for office-related matters

Provide direct administrative support to the COO and VP

Manage calendars, scheduling, correspondence, and meeting coordination

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Support internal communications and documentation as needed

Assist in executing marketing initiatives, including social media coordination and content support

Coordinate with external partners and agencies on marketing deliverables

Help maintain brand consistency across all materials and communications

Support operational workflows and assist in identifying process improvements

Assist with special projects and cross-functional tasks as needed

Requirements

Prior experience in the hospitality industry (required)

3-5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant, Administrative, or similar support role

Experience supporting senior-level executives (C-level or VP-level preferred)

Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Experience managing calendars, scheduling, and coordinating meetings

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

Detail-oriented with strong follow-through and problem-solving skills
