In enterprise performance management at PwC, you will focus on helping clients improve their financial performance and decision-making processes. You will analyse financial data, develop performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), and design and implement performance management frameworks. You will be responsible for providing guidance on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes to drive operational efficiency and achieve strategic objectives.

As part of the Finance Consulting team, you will lead the design and implementation of transformative finance solutions using OneStream. As a Senior Associate, you will analyze complex problems, mentor junior team members, and build meaningful client relationships while navigating the intricacies of enterprise performance management. Lead the design and execution of innovative finance solutions utilizing OneStream

What You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance
At least 4 years of experience
What Sets You Apart
Master's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Technology preferred
OneStream Training Credentials preferred
Managing large finance and data architecture transformations
Leading design and testing of OneStream multi-dimensional models
Configuring OneStream workflows and data management
Managing core Accounting areas like Performance Management
Building and maintaining client relationships
Working in an Agile project management environment
Demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing tasks
The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
