As a Cleared Security Officer - DoD Patrol in Clearfield, UT , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic aero and defense location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents. In this role, you will support access awareness, deliver outstanding customer service and communication, and bring our values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, and integrity to every shift.

Pay Rate: $24.02 / Hour

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.

Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.

Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and/or assist with access control procedures in support of location protocols common to an aerospace and defense environment.

Report maintenance concerns, hazards, and/or suspicious activity observed during patrols, and follow post orders for escalation and incident reporting.

Minimum Requirements:

An active DoD Secret Clearance is required.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control or badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
