Robert Half Marketing and Creative has a client that is looking for a skilled CRM and Email Marketing Manager to join our team on a contract basis in Lakewood, Colorado. This role is integral in developing and executing customer relationship management strategies to enhance engagement, retention, and business growth. With a focus on leveraging tools like Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement), you will drive impactful campaigns and optimize customer journeys.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement CRM strategies to nurture leads and improve customer lifecycle performance.

Collaborate with sales, content, and product teams to create targeted, multi-channel marketing campaigns.

Analyze customer data and campaign metrics to provide actionable insights and enhance campaign effectiveness.

Ensure seamless integration of CRM platforms with other marketing and sales tools, maintaining data accuracy and efficiency.

Configure and manage automations, triggers, and drip campaigns within Pardot and Salesforce platforms.

Optimize personalization, segmentation, and customer journey mapping to increase engagement and conversions.

Generate and present detailed reports on CRM campaign performance and overall pipeline impact.

Monitor compliance with privacy regulations in all CRM-related marketing activities.

Stay informed on the latest trends and advancements in CRM and marketing automation technologies.

Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM marketing, with hands-on knowledge of Salesforce and Pardot (Marketing Cloud Account Engagement).

Proven ability to develop and optimize automated campaigns that drive customer engagement and revenue growth.

Strong analytical skills, with experience in campaign reporting and performance analysis.

Expertise in personalization, segmentation, and customer journey mapping in either B2B or B2C environments.

Excellent communication and project management abilities, with a talent for cross-functional collaboration.

Certifications in Pardot, Salesforce, or other marketing automation platforms are highly desirable.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics or social media management platforms is a plus. Innovation starts with people.®
