Olsten Staffing is Hiring!

Position: Accounts Payable/Receivable

Location: Florence, SC

Schedule: Full-Time | Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $20/hour

Travel: Up to 2 times per year (up to 6 days per trip for conferences)

What You'll Do:

Receive and process invoices via mail, email, and fax (high-volume environment ~400/day!)

Maintain accurate records of all invoices received

Answer incoming calls and assist with problem invoices

Input invoices into digital workflow systems and ensure accuracy

Perform internal control checks to ensure no invoices are missed

Process invoices in LBMX system, including research when needed

Conduct root cause analysis for missing invoices to protect rebates/discounts

Reconcile monthly vendor statements and resolve discrepancies

Communicate with vendors and dealers regarding invoices, disputes, and payments

What We're Looking For:

Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)

1-2 years of accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Outlook

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Flexibility to be cross-trained and support multiple functions as needed

Pay Details: $20.00 per hour
