Job Purpose Summary
The Sr. Director of Supply Chain plays a pivotal role in optimizing our Ophthalmology supply chain operations, including forecasting, demand planning and distribution to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and products that will contribute to the overall satisfaction of our customers, as well as ensuring effective inventory management.
What you will do
Provide strategic guidance and direction to the team that fosters a culture of collaboration, accountability, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
Identify opportunities to streamline and improve supply chain processes that include implementing lean principles, leveraging technology and automation, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Responsible for completing Supply & Demand Planning activities by working with Sales and Marketing.
Partner with manufacturing sites in order to develop Master Production Schedules.
In partnership with manufacturing, achieve world class service levels by achieving high standards of Inventory Turns and OTIF.
Lead and develop vendor management process to monitor and improve vendor performance.
Evaluate performance data to make appropriate decisions regarding productivity, cost control, and improvements.
Develop and execute sourcing strategies that reduce cost, maintain service levels, and increase product quality.
Oversee distribution networks to ensure efficient movement of goods and oversee the distribution center to ensure on-time delivery of product.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, manufacturing project management, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and integration of supply chain activities with overall business strategies.
Establish and report on metrics and KPIs to track various key activities and ensure continuous reporting to all stakeholders.
Develop and evolve operations plans for company growth and ensure that the company's supply chain and manufacturing operations can meet the demands of new and existing customers.
What you will need
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., supply chain, engineering, economics, business, life sciences, etc.).
10+ years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain (Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning) in a manufacturing environment.
5+ years of senior leadership experience, with proven experience in creating cost savings.
Experience with the implementation and execution of S&OP related processes.
Experience working with multiple sites and product lines; international experience preferred.
Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), including data analytics within supply chain functions.
Demonstrate aptitude for connecting contrasting @types of information including planning, procurement, distribution, manufacturing, regulations, product development, and statistical methods.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
Exceptional leadership, written and verbal communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools and MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.
On average 35% travel required, including travel to company locations in Mexico, UK, Germany, US, and other locations as needed.

Corza Medical offers a competitive benefits package including medical, 401K, vacation and sick time, paternal leave and other benefits.
A reasonable estimate of the current pay range for this role is $175,00 - $225,000/salary. Further, pay is offered based on geographic location, internal equity, market data, applicant's job-related skills, commensurate experience, required licensures, certifications, and certain degrees.
