How you'll make an impact in this role

Primary Locations: Carmel and 86th Street Gastroenterology

Lead daily clinical operations to ensure seamless patient flow and a high-standard environment where both staff and providers can perform their best work.

Drive practice growth and strategy by partnering with physician leadership to develop business plans that expand your site's reach and impact.

Cultivate a high-performing team culture through active recruitment, mentorship, and proactive performance management to ensure long-term staff satisfaction and retention.

Manage the financial health of the practice by overseeing budgets, billing functions, and vendor relations to ensure resources are optimized for patient care.

Ensure regulatory and safety excellence by monitoring compliance and coordinating care services to maintain a safe, high-quality experience for every patient.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience and 1 year of cumulativeleadership experience required OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience and 1 year of cumulative leadership experience required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

3-5 years leadership or administration experience in a medical practice setting.

Strong communication, team management, financial acumen, and proficiency in Athena (EHR).
