Job Title: Warehouse Worker / Exhibit Production Associate
About the Role
This position supports the production of high-end trade show and storefront exhibits through hands-on warehouse operations and assembly work. You will use hand and power tools to assemble wood display components from blueprints and work orders, assist with material handling and inventory, and grow into more complex custom projects over time.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys physical, hands-on work, craftsmanship, and learning new skills in a collaborative production environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assemble wood displays and exhibit components using hand and power tools, following blueprints and detailed work orders
Build standard displays in the production area before progressing to more complex, custom projects for larger clients
Work in individual cell stations while collaborating with experienced team members
Assist with unloading crates and receiving incoming materials
Inspect materials upon receipt and verify quantities and quality through physical inventory counts
Perform general labor and material handling, including moving, staging, and organizing materials and finished displays
Use measuring tools (e.g., tape measure) to ensure accurate cuts and precise assembly
Support packaging and preparation of completed displays for shipment or storage
Learn and follow established production and warehouse processes, remaining open to feedback and continuous improvement
Develop skills to perform free-hand cuts and operate table saws independently once fully trained and converted to full-time
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area on the manufacturing floor and in the warehouse
Meet production schedules and quality standards while contributing to a hardworking, team-oriented culture
Essential Skills
Experience using hand and power tools in production, construction, woodworking, or similar environments
Ability to read and follow blueprints or detailed work orders
Comfort with general labor tasks, including lifting, moving, and handling materials throughout the shift
Basic woodworking aptitude (measuring, cutting, assembling wood components)
Ability to accurately use measuring tools such as tape measures
Ability to work independently as well as alongside tenured employees in a cell-based environment
Willingness to learn, follow established processes, and accept feedback
Strong attention to detail for material inspection and inventory tracking
Reliability and strong work ethic in a fast-paced warehouse and production setting
Additional Skills & Qualifications (Preferred)
Background in construction, landscaping, or other physically active trades
Experience with general production, packaging, or material handling
Exposure to warehouse operations, including unloading and receiving materials
Forklift experience or comfort working around material handling equipment
Previous woodworking or carpentry experience, including CNC-cut parts
Ability and interest in learning free-hand cutting techniques and safe table saw operation
Work Environment
Temperature-controlled, well-lit, and spacious manufacturing floor
Individual workstations for each employee
Use of CNC-cut wood components along with hand and power tools
Time split between the production floor and warehouse activities
Physically active role requiring movement, lifting, and standing
Team-oriented culture that balances fun and hard work with strong collaboration
Travel Requirement
Willingness and ability to travel out of state approximately 20-30% of the time to assist with trade show setups at convention centers
Overtime Opportunities
Overtime after 10 hours per day
1.5x pay for all Saturday hours
2x pay for all Sunday hours

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
