Account Services Representative

Schedule: Hybrid M-F 8am - 5pm

Pay: $20/hr

Description:

The Account Services Representative will be responsible for processing multiple daily order entries and billing transactions with an extremely high level of detail and accuracy. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with order processing and resolving client-related issues. This role requires maintaining customer accounts, directly communicating with sales, internal departments, and clients to resolve matters related to orders, billings, accounts receivable, and returns.

Key Responsibilities:

Process multiple daily order entries and billing transactions

Maintain and update customer accounts

Communicate with sales force, internal departments, and clients to resolve issues related to orders, billing, accounts receivable, and returns

Accurately enter data and generate reports

Provide high-quality customer service, including needs assessment and follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction

Solve problems and resolve issues efficiently

Remain composed in stressful situations and communicate professionally by phone and email

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of customer or account management experience

Demonstrated order processing skills

Experience working with an ERP system (Oracle preferred)

Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel and Outlook

Demonstrated organizational, customer service, and follow-up skills

Strong phone, communication, and problem-solving abilities

High School diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or equivalent work experience preferred

Valid driver's license and good driving record

Ability to work beyond standard hours as needed

Experience with the medical implant industry/hospital customer base preferred

Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team
