About the Role:
As a CBRE VAS (Valuation & Advisory Services) Marketing& Client Solutions Manager, you will supportour global institutional valuations service (IVAS) and be responsible for driving alignmentacross all sectors and markets for our international clients. You'll be responsible for buildingand driving strategy, supporting client account growth, and leading marketingand pursuit initiatives, working with a rapidly growing team focused on CBRE'sglobal investor clients.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute a unified globalgo-to-market (G2M) strategy for IVAS, in collaboration with global/regionalIVAS leaders, sector specialists, and Client Solutions teams.
Align client strategies, key accountplans, and pursuit priorities across regions for major institutional clients.
Ensure consistent branding, messaging,value propositions, and standards for all IVAS client-facing materialsworldwide.
Act as the global lead for high-valueinstitutional RFPs and pitches, coordinating input from IVAS hubs, sectorleaders, and senior stakeholders across regions.
Standardize RFP templates, responseplaybooks, and submission processes to enhance win rates and speed.
Own and maintain a centralized, globally accessible IVAS content library (capability statements, case studies, sector playbooks, data insights, cross-sell materials) that covers institutional asset classes, geographies, and services.
Champion thought leadership via whitepapers, webinars, research tie-ins, and executive visibility.
Build strong partnerships with IVAS executive leaders, global/regional hub leaders, salespeople, platform teams, and Client Care organization.
Support global client stakeholder engagement, conferences, events, and ad-hoc initiatives.
Coordinate with CRM, research, and intelligence teams for institutional client insights and local-to-global market intelligence sharing.

Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8-12 years of relevant experience. Inlieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.Lean Six Sigma or related process improvementcapacity required.
Exceptionalability to maintain proactive communication and escalation where needed toensure accountability across regions and corporate functions.
Ability to foster a culture of global collaboration, best-practice sharing, and continuous improvement across different service lines.
Desired experience in the areas of marketing, RFP/RFQ Ownership & Execution,content management (web, SharePoint etc.), CRM, brand.
Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive,complicated, and difficult information, collaborate between diverse leadershipand stakeholder groups with clear and concise messaging.
In-depth knowledge ofMicrosoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Expert organizational skills and anadvanced inquisitive mindset.
