Insurance Sales Representative

Schedule: After training: Monday-Friday, 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Overview

We're hiring Insurance Sales Representatives to support a fast-paced, inbound sales environment focused on helping small businesses secure the right coverage. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with a customer service and sales experience who thrive on high-volume interactions and performance-based success.

Key Responsibilities

Respond promptly to inbound leads and provide accurate quotes for business insurance products

Guide customers through policy options while ensuring clarity, compliance, and a positive experience

Achieve and exceed individual sales targets while maintaining high customer service standards

Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth onboarding and policy issuance

Top Skills & Qualifications

2+ years of customer service experience

2+ years of experience in a sales role

2 years of equivalent higher education (degree not required)

Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly

Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Additional Requirements

Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred (must obtain within 30 days if not licensed)

Prior insurance sales experience is a plus, but not required

Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed goals

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pittston, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.47 - $21.47/hr.
