How you'll make an impact in this role

Manage daily office operations and support functions to ensure efficient departmental workflows.

Oversee essential services including phone coverage, supply management, and the professional distribution of correspondence and reports.

Track policy updates, maintain filing systems, and recommend strategies to streamline functions while staying within budget.

Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external inquiries, providing necessary resources and information as needed.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Education:

High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.

What additional preferences we're seeking

Self motivation and organizational skills preferred.
