Kelly Services is seeking qualified Electrical Wiring & Assembly candidates for a unique, temp to hire opportunity for one of our clients in Memphis, Tennessee. You will be performing electrical wiring and assembly for the finishing steps in the production process of high tech. data servers and cooling units. At least 1 year of Electrical Wiring and Assembly experience in a Manufacturing setting required to apply.

Pay:
1st Weekend Shift - $31.05 per hour
Shift times:
Weekend Shift - Friday thru Sunday - 6am-6:30pm
Work all 3 shifts totaling 36 hours and get paid for 40 hours!
Job Summary:
Perform electrical wiring and assembly as the finishing steps in the production process.
Coordinate and perform tasks with other Manufacturing staff to fulfill customer requirements such as mechanical assembly and/or wiring, while adhering to safety, quality and customer specifications.
Ability to interpret blueprints, graphs, schematics, and diagrams.
Must have basic mathematical skills and the ability to interpret graphs and diagrams.
Must be proficient in operating a personal computer and using Windows-based operating systems and related software.
Must be able to read and understand visual aids, as well as simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assembles finished data server units per customer specifications.
Coordinates with teammates to organize tasks requiring multiple team members to accomplish.
Utilizes manual and automated lifting devices while adhering to product safety specifications.
Keeps inventory personnel abreast of spare parts inventory and locations for ease of order fulfillments.
Performs part replacement on tools as needed and according to schedule.
Resolves routine questions and problems, referring more complex issues to higher levels.
Works under direct, close supervision, with output monitored frequently.
Follows mostly routine, standardized procedures to accomplish assigned tasks.
Selects from a variety of established procedures to perform assigned duties.
Follow detailed written or verbal instructions, including visual aids.
Ensure that assigned area is clean and organized per 5S standards.
Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.
Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.
May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
Ability to operate a personal computer including using a Windows based operating system and related software including training and knowledge of Jabil's software packages.
Read and understand visual aid.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
Ability to interpret graphs and diagrams.
Ideal candidates have 1+ years background in electrical assemblies.
