The Office of Student Activities at Morehead State University is accepting applications for a full-time position as a Coordinator, Fraternity & Sorority Life. The anticipated start date is July 16, 2026.Morehead State University is located in Morehead, KY, a designated Kentucky Trail Town, nestled in the Daniel Boone National Forest, in close proximity to Cave Run Lake. This location provides opportunities for a wide range of outdoor recreation activities. Morehead State University delivers a strong and affordable education for friendly, ambitious students who thrive in a student-focused learning environment defined by small class sizes and faculty committed to teaching and student success.RESPONSIBILITIES: The Coordinator of Fraternity and Sorority Life is responsible for the administration, assessment, and implementation of a comprehensive model which promotes the education, development, and success of students, student leaders, and all Greek Life organizations This position is dedicated to the development of its diverse student body through close collaboration with the University community, Greek alumni, Inter/National organizations, and the Morehead community.REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree required. Minimum one year of professional experience in a university setting that includes program and event planning and advising of fraternity and/or sorority life chapters. Demonstrated ability to successfully work with and support diverse populations. Demonstrated knowledge of recruitment process for Panhellenic Council, IFC and NPHC. Possess excellent communication, organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills.Possess the ability to adhere to strict deadlines, be self-motivated and foster a collaborative work environment. Possess the ability for ethical decision-making.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master's degree in college student personnel, higher education administration, or related field preferred. One year of professional experience working with fraternities, sororities and Greek governing councils. Experience in program development and workshop presentation.SPONSORSHIP: This position is not budgeted for Visa Sponsorship.
