What you'll be doing:

Reviewing fund financials (US GAAP) with a sharp, technical lens

Leading audit & tax processes end-to-end

Overseeing capital calls, distributions, and cash forecasting

Acting as a key point of contact for LPs and external stakeholders

Driving process improvements and operational efficiency

Coaching and elevating junior team members

Requirements

What they're looking for:

CPA + 5+ years in audit / fund accounting / PE / VC

Experience in a review capacity + leadership exposure

Strong technical skills + ability to operate with ownership and judgment

Someone who can handle complexity without needing hand-holding
