We're hiring a Data Entry Specialist to support a fast-moving team where accuracy, speed, and consistency all matter. This role goes beyond simple input-you'll be part of a team that depends on clean, reliable data to operate efficiently. Your ability to stay organized and maintain focus will directly impact how smoothly the team functions.

What You'll Do

Input and maintain accurate data across multiple internal platforms

Review and validate incoming data for completeness and correctness

Identify discrepancies and work with team members to resolve issues

Organize and maintain electronic files and records

Assist with tracking logs, spreadsheets, and reporting tools

Support internal audits by preparing and reviewing documentation

Ensure compliance with company data standards and procedures

Communicate updates or issues to supervisors in a timely manner

Requirements

One to two years of data entry or administrative support experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Comfortable working with large datasets and repetitive tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer skills

Ability to manage time effectively and stay organized

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in operations, logistics, or administrative environments

Familiarity with database systems or internal tracking tools

Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to spot errors quickly
