Job Title: Warehouse Worker
Job Description
This role supports the production of high-end trade show and storefront exhibits by handling warehouse operations and assembly work. You will work with hand and power tools to assemble wood displays from blueprints and work orders, help receive and inspect materials, and gradually take on more complex, custom projects as you grow in the role.
Responsibilities
Assemble wood displays and exhibit components using hand and power tools, following blueprints and specific work orders.
Work in the production area to build standard displays before progressing to more custom projects for larger clients.
Collaborate with experienced team members in individual cell stations while still completing tasks independently.
Assist with unloading crates and receiving incoming materials in the warehouse.
Inspect materials upon receipt, take physical inventory, and verify quantities and quality.
Perform general labor and material handling tasks, including moving, staging, and organizing materials and finished displays.
Use measuring tools, such as tape measures, to ensure accurate cuts and precise assembly.
Support packaging and preparation of displays for shipment or storage as needed.
Learn and follow established production and warehouse processes, remaining open to feedback and new methods.
Develop skills to perform free-hand cuts and operate table saws independently once trained and brought on as a full-time employee.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area on the manufacturing floor and in the warehouse.
Work efficiently to meet production schedules and quality standards while contributing to a hardworking, collaborative culture.
Essential Skills
Experience using hand and power tools in a production, construction, woodworking, or similar environment.
Ability to read and follow blueprints or detailed work orders to assemble products accurately.
Comfort with general labor tasks, including lifting, moving, and handling materials throughout the shift.
Basic woodworking aptitude, including measuring, cutting, and assembling wood components.
Ability to use measuring tools such as a tape measure accurately.
Capability to work both independently and alongside tenured employees in a cell-based production environment.
Willingness to learn and adopt established processes and procedures without being resistant to feedback.
Attention to detail when inspecting materials and taking physical inventory.
Reliability and strong work ethic in a fast-paced production and warehouse setting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in construction, landscaping, or a similar physically active trade is highly beneficial.
Experience with general production, packaging, and material handling tasks.
Exposure to warehouse operations, including unloading and receiving materials.
Forklift experience or comfort working around material handling equipment.
Previous woodworking or carpentry experience, including familiarity with CNC-cut parts, is a plus.
Ability to learn free-hand cutting techniques and safe operation of table saws with training.

Work Environment
The role is based on a temperature-controlled, well-lit, and spacious manufacturing floor with individual workstations for each employee. You will work with wood components cut by CNC machines and use hand and power tools, including measuring tools and, once trained, table saws and free-hand cutting equipment. The position includes time in the warehouse unloading crates, handling materials, and performing physically active tasks. The culture emphasizes a balance of fun and hard work, with a strong team atmosphere and close collaboration with tenured, full-time employees.
Travel
Person will need to be willing and able to travel out of state 20-30% when shows need set up at convention centers.
OT- OT is after 10 hours a day, 1.5 on All Saturdays and 2x on Sundays- this position will have between 300-400 hours of OT affiliated with the role.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
