Description

The Administrate Assistant is responsible for assisting the Director or Manager in the efficient performance of his/her responsibilities. In addition, performs a broad range of administrative and secretarial duties to assist and support Director's or Manager's specified areas, which requires thorough knowledge of company policy, organization, personnel and services. The Administrative Assistant is able to perform all essential functions with minimal supervision or assistance.

Preferred qualifications:

Associate's Degree

3 years of experience in a similar function.

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position. The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
