The Senior Manager, Benefits and Wellbeing, serves as the corporate expert in benefits programs, leading the design, administration, and communication of health and wellbeing initiatives, specifically focused on pharmacy and other health care benefits. This role involves analyzing industry trends, managing compliance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver cost-effective solutions aligned with organizational goals. The position oversees large-scale program rollouts, provider relationships, and legislative impact assessments while fostering team development and operational excellence. About the team:
The Benefits and Wellbeing team leads the design and administration of comprehensive medical, mental health, pharmacy, and other benefits programs. This team serves as the subject matter expert, analyzing industry trends and legislative changes to ensure compliance and competitiveness. Collaborating cross-functionally, they manage large-scale program rollouts, provider relations, and cost forecasting. The team supports leadership with strategic insights and fosters a culture of continuous improvement, effective communication, and strong project management. Their focus is on delivering high-quality benefits solutions that align with organizational goals and meet associate needs efficiently and responsibly.
What you'll do:
Serve as the corporate benefits expert on pharmacy and other health care benefits by analyzing programs, industry trends, and legislative impacts to advise leadership and associates.
Lead design, administration, and communication strategies for benefits plans, ensuring compliance and cost-effectiveness.
Manage large-scale program rollouts, coordinating cross-functional teams and mitigating compliance risks.
Oversee external provider relationships, including contract negotiation, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
Develop policies and processes to maintain regulatory compliance and prepare corporate reporting.
Drive continuous improvement by evaluating plan effectiveness and supporting business priorities.
What you'll bring:
Extensive experience in benefits administration, including design, management, and communication of retirement and wellbeing programs.
Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and ability to interpret and apply benefits-related legislation.
Proven leadership skills with experience managing teams, mentoring, and fostering high-performance environments.
Demonstrated project management expertise, coordinating cross-functional initiatives and managing multiple timelines.
Excellent communication skills to advise senior leadership and collaborate with various cross-functional stakeholders.
Ability to analyze industry trends, forecast cost implications, and recommend strategic benefits solutions.

The annual salary range for this position is $90,000.00 - $180,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
