Our client, a leading manufacturing organization specializing in transformer assembly and related components, is seeking a US-Nacogdoches-Core/Coil Stacker to join their dedicated team. As a US-Nacogdoches-Core/Coil Stacker, you will be an integral part of the production department supporting the assembly and rework of transformer components. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, teamwork, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: US-Nacogdoches-Core/Coil Stacker

Location: Nacogdoches, TX

Pay Range: $21.75

Shift: 2nd Shift - Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM

What's the Job?

Use defined procedures, bills of materials, and equipment to assemble various sizes of transformers and related sub-assemblies

Rework damaged or defective component parts and complete assemblies

Load cores and coils onto stacking lines, and operate equipment such as TIG welders and testers

Follow customer specifications, blueprints, and standardized procedures to ensure quality assembly

Perform routine upkeep on tools and equipment, and ensure safety and housekeeping practices are followed

What's Needed?

No formal education required; ability to read and understand written instructions

Manufacturing experience preferred

Ability to perform close vision work and handle manual tasks repetitively

Willingness to bend, stoop, stand, and walk constantly during shifts

Use of manual and powered hand tools, and basic measuring devices
