As a Security Officer Patrol Monitor in Philadelphia, PA , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. You will also provide exceptional customer service and clear communication while supporting access awareness. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.

Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and document observations and activities according to site guidelines.

Conduct regular and random patrols throughout building common areas, entry points, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual conditions and/or policy violations.

Monitor access points and visitor activity, report maintenance concerns or suspicious behavior, and communicate with property management and/or emergency personnel as needed.

Support daily operations by helping to deter unauthorized activity, providing directions and assistance, and maintaining a visible presence throughout the location.

Minimum Requirements:

Being comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Access control and badge experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
