About the Role As a Sales Arborist, you will be the trusted advisor to property owners, ensuring the health and safety of their trees, plants, and landscapes. In this role, you will: Develop and grow your assigned territory by building long-term relationships with clients and prospects. Diagnose and monitor landscapes, provide expert recommendations, and prepare estimates for services. Coordinate with crews, oversee project execution, and ensure customer satisfaction. Network, generate referrals, and create new business opportunities. Represent SavATree at community and industry events, from trade shows to garden clubs, while advocating for environmental stewardship.About You You are: Passionate about the outdoors and making a positive environmental impact. Skilled at building relationships and solving customer challenges. Motivated to learn, grow, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-growth company. Known for integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering on promises. Excited to collaborate, problem-solve, and spend your day out in the field.A degree in Arboriculture, Urban Forestry, Horticulture, Plant or Environmental Sciences, or Landscape Management is preferred, but not required. Green industry experience helps, but drive and a passion for learning are even more important. Physical Demands This role involves being outdoors and frequently lifting or moving up to 50 pounds.
