Quality Inspector

Winooski, VT Full-Time MondayFriday\ \$20.00 \$28.00 per hour (based on experience)

**Experienced Quality Inspector wanted for a clean, stable manufacturing environment. Perform precision inspection using advanced measuring equipment to ensure high-quality components. \$20\$28/hr + full benefits.

Position Overview**

Preci Manufacturing is seeking a Quality Inspector to support our quality assurance operations. This role is responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process components, and finished products to ensure they meet required specifications and quality standards.

This is a hands-on position ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and committed to maintaining high standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished parts using precision measuring tools\ Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and CMM equipment to verify dimensions and tolerances\ Utilize vision inspection systems to identify defects and ensure quality standards\ Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications\ Document inspection results and maintain accurate quality records\ Generate and track non-conformance reports as needed\ Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions\ Support continuous improvement of quality processes and procedures\ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area

Qualifications

Prior experience in quality inspection or quality assurance in a manufacturing environment preferred\ Experience using precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, gauges, etc.)\ Familiarity with CMM and vision inspection systems preferred\ Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings\ Strong attention to detail and analytical skills\ Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment\ Quality-related certifications or training are a plus
