Mains'l Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals in their homes and communities, living their best lives. As a Direct Support Professional, you'll gain valuable skills, hands-on experience, and opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

Pay & Schedule

$17.00/hour - $20.00/hour based on level of support

Full-Time and Part-Time Options available

What You'll Do:

As a DSP, you'll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same - but your impact is clear.

You May:

Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)

Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments

Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).

Teach valuable skills-from financial management to communication.

Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.

Accurately document care and daily activities

What We're Looking For:

Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn

18 years or older

A valid US driver's license, reliable transportation with insurance.

Ability to pass a background check through DHS
