Job Description

We are seeking a Staff Accountant to join our dynamic accounting team. This role performs general accounting duties and is a key contributor to the financial closing process.

Position will perform general accounting duties including, but not limited to, the following:

Support the monthly and quarterly close process, ensuring timely and accurate completion of journal entry preparation, schedule submission, and account reconciliations.

Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, Including fixed assets and various balance sheet accounts.

Prepare accurate and timely balance sheet account reconciliations

Prepare quarterly and year-end corporate schedules.

Collaborate with the Shared Service Center (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, etc) as needed to ensure the accuracy of the General Ledger.

Support the completion of annual SOX requirements through the design, assessment and testing phases

Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and company policies.

Other General Accounting duties as required.

Qualifications

Education + Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field required.

0 - 3 years experience in Accounting

Team player with excellent analytical, verbal, and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite

Exposure to Oracle ERP a plus

Strong demonstration of business ethics and integrity.
