Summary About the Position: Serves as a Facility Services Assistant at a major multipurpose water resource project that includes power generation, flood control, visitor centers, natural resources and recreation features, or other appurtenant elements at several locations. Responsibilities Utilizes an automated maintenance control data system to provide system control, oversight, repair history, analysis, data entry, and documentation of current and future maintenance operations. Develops or updates equipment profiles, history, maintenance schedule, and related maintenance procedures and requirements for separate pieces of equipment. Responsible for accounting data and status changes on all Work Orders for work to be performed anywhere on the project. Serves as technical advisor on functions and data contained in the automated maintenance system and administering the work order system that schedules and controls the activities of maintenance crews. Research sources, obtain pertinent information, resolve problems, reviews requisitions, check status, and reconcile discrepancies. Utilize the maintenance management control system (Facilities and Equipment Maintenance System (FEMS)) to issue and schedule routine and cyclical maintenance, repair and replacement of all equipment, machinery, etc. Serve as the onsite automation expert and system software administrator of FEMS.
