Senior Campaign Specialist Location: Remote Duration: 7 Months We are
adding contract support to the Campaign Management team within
Marketings Center of Excellence, supporting Enterprise Marketing. This
is a contract role through the end of the year, with the potential to
convert to a full?time position based on business need and performance.
The Senior Campaign Specialist will play a key role in the large?scale
migration of enterprise email campaigns into our omnichannel marketing
automation platform, the Zeta Marketing Platform (ZMP). This role is
focused on template builds, platform configuration, content validation,
and quality assurance, ensuring migrated campaigns are accurate,
compliant, and production?ready as we transition from legacy tools.
Within ZMP, the Senior Campaign Specialist will translate existing
campaign templates and dynamic content into scalable, platform?native
implementations. This includes hands?on work with pre?existing HTML,
configuration of dynamic content using Liquid, thorough QA testing, and
deployment support. The role operates in an agile environment and
partners closely with marketers, campaign developers, and platform teams
to meet migration milestones. Primary responsibilities include: Support
the migration of existing email campaigns by rebuilding and configuring
templates within ZMP Translate legacy email templates and dynamic
content into ZMP?compatible structures Work closely with stakeholders to
understand campaign requirements and migration expectations Build and
configure email templates using platform tools and HTML as required
Review and update pre?existing HTML files, making targeted improvements
to support consistent rendering across email clients (Outlook, Gmail,
mobile apps, etc.) Configure and enable dynamic content using
platform?supported Liquid scripting Build, test, and support deployment
of ad hoc, automated, and triggered email campaigns Execute
comprehensive QA/QC to validate content, links, personalization,
rendering, and data accuracy Identify and resolve issues uncovered
during migration testing and validation Ensure campaigns meet compliance
standards, including CAN?SPAM, customer contact rules, and preference
management requirements Document campaign processes and maintain
evidence of approvals, testing, and exceptions Contribute to migration
best practices, template standards, and rendering guidelines Required
skills/experience: 34 years of hands?on experience supporting email
campaigns or email production Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS
for email; ability to review and make targeted updates Experience
working with dynamic content and personalization, including Liquid or
similar templating languages Strong QA mindset with exceptional
attention to detail Experience validating email rendering across
multiple clients and devices Understanding of email marketing best
practices and compliance requirements Strong communication skills and
ability to collaborate cross?functionally Ability to manage multiple
priorities and meet tight deadlines during migration work Comfortable
working in agile, fast?paced environments Familiarity with Jira or
similar workflow tools Experience with agile methodologies UI or email
design experience is a plus Education, certifications and/or other
professional credentials: Undergraduate degree in relevant field 3-4
years of related full-time experience Hours and Work Schedule: Hours per
week: 40 In-office expectation: 4 days per week; fully remote considered
for candidates located 50+ miles from a company office Work schedule:
Monday Friday
