KeyResponsibilities
ExecutiveReporting & Communications
Build and ownan executive-level program view for senior leadership consumption.
Produce a weeklyexecutive update on behalf of the GM that clearly communicates:
Programprogress and overall health
Keyperformance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards
Roadmap andmilestone updates
Risks,issues, tradeoffs, and decision asks
Translatecomplex program data into clear, concise, and actionable executivenarratives tailored for CVP and EVP audiences.
Cross-FunctionalCollaboration
Partnerclosely with Program Managers and workstream leads across all programs togather inputs, validate accuracy, and maintain alignment.
Facilitateregular touchpoints to ensure reporting accuracy, dependency awareness,and timely escalation of issues.
Act as aconnective layer across teams to ensure consistency in status, metrics,and messaging.
Influencewithout authority by driving clarity, structure, and sharedaccountability.
ProgramManagement & Continuous Improvement
(Stretch)Develop or mature program-level project plans where needed toimprove execution visibility.
Establish andevolve risk, issue, and dependency tracking frameworks acrossprograms.
Driveconsistency in reporting standards, templates, and operating rhythms.
Continuouslyimprove execution hygiene, data quality, and leadership-ready outputs.

Capgemini discloses salary range information in compliance with

the lowest to highest salary we, in good faith, believe we would pay for this

salary range for the tagged location is 90K to 100K per annum. This role may be
eligible for other compensation including variable compensation, bonus, or
commission. Full time regular employees are eligible for paid time off,
medical/dental/vision insurance, 401(k), and any other benefits to eligible employees.
