Job Title: Cleanroom Warehouse Clerk

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Cleanroom Warehouse Clerk to join a team specializing in supplying surgical one-time-use items, instruments, and kits for hospitals and healthcare product manufacturers. The role involves working in a cleanroom-compliant warehouse setting and handling raw materials and finished goods efficiently and accurately.

Responsibilities

Receive, store, and organize raw materials and finished goods in a cleanroom-compliant warehouse setting.

Utilize Quick Ship software to process and prepare shipments via UPS and FedEx, ensuring proper labeling, documentation, and carrier compliance.

Operate sit down / stand up forklifts and other material handling equipment in a safe and efficient manner.

Pick and stage materials for outbound shipments and internal production use, following sterile handling protocols.

Maintain accurate inventory records using barcode scanning and ERP systems.

Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory audits to ensure data integrity and stock accuracy.

Coordinate with production and logistics teams to meet shipping deadlines and inventory needs.

Ensure all packaging and shipping materials meet regulatory and customer specifications.

Follow cleanroom gowning procedures and contamination control protocols at all times.

Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.

Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or inventory issues promptly to supervisors.

Essential Skills

Experience in order picking, inventory management, and packaging.

Proficiency in material handling, loading, unloading, and shipping.

Ability to lift up to 35 pounds.

Experience with sit down or stand up forklift (certification preferred but not required).

Ability to create FEDEX/UPS labels.

Work Environment

The role is based in a cleanroom warehouse setting with a casual dress code, where steel toes are not required. The work environment is predominantly Spanish-speaking and operates Monday through Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Placentia, CA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
