Description We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team on a short-term basis in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. This part-time position is ideal for someone who excels in providing clerical support, managing data entry tasks, and assisting with general administrative responsibilities. You will work closely with the Project Manager to ensure smooth operations during a leave period.

Responsibilities:

Perform accurate data entry to maintain records and documentation.

Match and process invoices for timely completion.

Provide general administrative support to assist daily operations.

Collaborate with the Project Manager to address questions and receive training as needed.

Manage and organize files and records for efficient access.

Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel to create and edit documents.

Handle basic clerical duties, including answering phones and managing correspondence.

Ensure all tasks are completed within designated timeframes.

Maintain an organized workspace.

Assist with additional administrative tasks as required. Requirements - Proven experience in administrative or clerical roles.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Familiarity with invoice processing and data entry.

Capacity to work independently and collaboratively.

Availability to work part-time hours, Monday through Friday. TalentMatch®
