What you'll do...
Manages supply chain processes and ensures merchandise flow through the distribution network and fulfillment centers by directing resolutions and responding to the escalation of daily issues Analyzes data from multiple stakeholders to streamline and improve network efficiencies Provides data for the supplier compliance process flow Researches and analyzes the root cause of daily and escalated exceptions concerning shipping receiving inventory and returns Conducts performance reviews of sanitation associates Provides recommendations for corrective actions to key stakeholders Cleans warehouse ceilings racks and walls in all chambers of the warehouse including freezers Supports plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs Identifies and communicates goals and objectives Builds accountability for and measures progress in achieving results Identifies and addresses improvement opportunities Demonstrates adaptability and promotes continuous learning Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training mentoring and assigning duties Provides recognition Influences fieldlevel direction and provides guidance for the execution of operations by acting as a liaison for the field Responsible for addressing performancerelated issues Identifies best practices and advises teams on adoption and implementation of best practices Collaborates with business partners to identify and develop resources and improve efficiencies Manages supply chain flow process improvement efforts by contributing to the design development The annual salary range for this position is $65,500.00 - $98,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
