What You'll Do

As a Sales Account Manager, you will:

Grow the Business - Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities aligned with market strategy

Manage Key Accounts - Build and strengthen relationships with customers while driving profitability and long-term value

Own the Numbers - Achieve sales targets across volume, pricing, and revenue within your assigned markets

Be the Customer Advocate - Support day-to-day customer needs, including inquiries, inventory coordination, and issue resolution

Deliver Strategic Insights - Analyze market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs to influence business direction

Collaborate Cross-Functionally - Partner with R&D, Quality, and Manufacturing to support product development and customer solutions

Present & Influence - Represent the business through customer presentations on products, capabilities, and market trends

Become a Technical Expert - Develop deep knowledge of polyester film applications and provide guidance to customers and internal teams

What You Bring

Bachelor's degree required (Business or related field preferred)

2-5 years of experience in industrial sales, technical sales, or customer-facing roles

Willingness to travel up to 50%

Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills

Ability to identify opportunities and drive new business growth

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Comfortable working cross-functionally in a manufacturing environment

Knowledge of PET film or similar materials is a plus

The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $100,000. Factors such as scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, job-related skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations may influence base pay offered. This salary will be subject to a geographic adjustment (according to a specific city and state), if an authorization is granted to work outside of the location listed in the posting.
