Things You Will Do:
Assist with project management of engineering tasks to ensure schedule commitments are met.
Create or update Standard Work documentation for new part introduction projects.
Support ongoing project qualifications.
Update or create tooling prints/models to support ongoing projects.
Provide analysis and develop recommendations for corrective actions due to process failures.
Qualifications You Must Have:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program studying an engineering-related field.
Must be a U.S. Citizen (this position may require access to systems/tools restricted to individuals who possess U.S. citizenship).
Must be local to Columbus, GA, and willing to commute onsite 5 days a week.
Qualifications We Prefer:
Minimum 3.0 GPA.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with project execution.
CAD modeling experience (e.g., AutoCAD, NX, etc.).
Experience with Minitab or other statistical analysis software.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.
As part of our commitment to maintaining a secure hiring process, candidates may be asked to attend select steps of the interview process in-person at one of our office locations, regardless of whether the role is designated as on-site, hybrid or remote.
The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
