HOW A PROJECT INTEGRATOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Support the current Assessments Team Lead with managing assessment-related projects (e.g., control updates, process updates, etc.).

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

Education : Bachelor's Degree - (Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a closely related discipline) or the equivalent combination of education, technical certifications or training, or work experience

Experience : 5+ yrs

Required Technical Skills:

Experience leading/managing cybersecurity-based projects

Intermediate to advanced skills with integrating and working with multiple business analytic and reporting tools; examples Jira, Excel, Confluence, PowerBI, Tableau, SharePoint, etc.

Communication effectiveness (both written and oral) with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely

Ability to transform raw data into actionable insights through analysis and dashboarding

Performance metrics for cross-team collaboration of defining report requirements and key metrics

Ability to develop, document and track multiple projects within Jira project portfolio

Experience with Agile/SCRUM and managing Sprint boards

Tools Experience:

Excel, to include, calculations, filters, pivot tables, graphs

Jira (JQL), dashboards, sprints, board configurations, filters

Confluence - integration with Jira and/or PowerBI

Microsoft SharePoint

Security clearance level : TS/SCI with Polygraph

Desired Qualifications:

Familiarity with the customer's A&A process tool (GL)

Security Clearance Level : TS/SCI with active polygraph

Location : Herndon, VA - on customer site

The likely salary range for this position is $144,500 - $195,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
