Description

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Attorney to join a reputable law firm in Englewood, Colorado. This role focuses on personal injury cases, providing advocacy and support to clients throughout the legal process. The ideal candidate will have a strong litigation background and a demonstrated ability to secure favorable outcomes for clients. Responsibilities:

Manage a diverse caseload of personal injury cases, including claims related to motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and negligence.

Conduct thorough case evaluations, perform legal research, and analyze medical records and insurance policies.

Draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and settlement agreements.

Represent clients during negotiations, mediations, depositions, and court proceedings.

Prepare cases for trial and collaborate with senior attorneys on complex matters when required.

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.

Ensure compliance with legal standards and deadlines while managing case progress.

Utilize legal technology and case management systems to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.

Advocate for clients passionately, aiming to achieve the best possible resolutions.

Stay current on legal developments in personal injury law to enhance case strategies.

Requirements - Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school with an active license to practice law in Colorado.

3-5 years of experience in personal injury law, litigation, or related legal fields, demonstrating attention to detail.

Proven expertise in litigation, including eDiscovery, negotiation, and trial preparation.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently while handling multiple cases and deadlines.

Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with a focus on client advocacy.

Proficiency in using legal technology and case management systems.

Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable but not required.
